On May 4, 2015, Plenti became the first Coalition Loyalty program involving major brands to launch in the US. Our value proposition: “Earn points at one place (like AT&T) and use them for savings at another (like Macy’s).”  Our task: explain what coalition loyalty is; launch an entirely new brand; target pretty much everyone; and break into the top 6 of loyalty programs in the US – all in 119 days. Our “Better Together” brand platform rose to the challenge, driving giant Awareness and Enrollment gains, and securing Plenti’s rapid ascent into the big leagues of loyalty.

A brand campaign was developed to launch and educate around the program.

 

We developed amusing films using the characters from the brand spots and ran them at events and on Plenti’s social channels.

 

We developed a full suite of educational videos using the characters from the brand spots to explain the program.
